Matthew ch 24 and 25 are on my mind.


There is a little song about the wise man and the foolish man.

The wise man built his house upon the rock

And the rain came tumbling down

And the floods came up

...And the wise man's house stood still.



The foolish man built his house upon the sand

And the rains came tumbling down

And the floods came up

And the foolish man's house washed away



So, build your house on the rock of Jesus Christ

And when the rains come down and the floods come up

Your blessings will come down

As your prayers go up

And your house on the Rock will stand Still.



Life was meant to be a challenge

For if we never experience the bitter how could we appreciate the sweet.
